1. We sell Cricut Expression machines, cricut cartridges, Gypsy, Cricut Imagine and accessories. We also carry product lines from My Mind's Eye, Breezy Design, My Little Yellow Bicycle and Upsy Daisy Designs. Scrapbook Kits by Echo Park Paper Company, Karen Foster, Basic Grey, BoBunny Press, Imaginisce, and October Afternoon. Bazzill paper, adhesives and Stickles Glitter Glue are also available. We only advertise what we have in stock. What payments do you accept? TOP
2. We accept Paypal. Paypal will accept your Discover, American Express,VISA, Debit Card and Mastercard as long as you have assigned your Credit Card number to your Paypal account. If your Credit Card number has not been assigned to your Paypal account, we will not see your order. Please be sure to go to Paypal and register your Credit Card with Paypal. 3. Generally, we ship in 1-2 days after your payment has cleared. What days do you ship? TOP
4. Cricut cartridges and rolling totes are shipped Monday through Friday. All other merchandise is shipped Monday through Saturday. No shipping on Sunday or holidays. What are your shipping prices? TOP
5. Shipping is based on the actual weight of the item(s). We send our products via UPS Ground, First Class (under 13 ounces) and Priority (13 ounces and over) through USPS. You can specify which shipping preference your prefer.
**Shipping is free on most products and pertains to the 48 continental states of USA. All others will have to email for shipping prices.
All orders ship with tracking information/delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered; you will need to contact your local carrier for missing packages. A package cannot be reported missing until 15 days past expected arrival.

10. You have 7 days to contact us after you have received your product. Shipping expenses will be your responsibility. You will receive a full refund once we have received the billing slip minus a 15% restocking fee. You may want to insure your return as we will not be responsible for lost packages. There is a 15% restocking fee on Cricut cartridges and rolling totes.
Returns are accepted as long as the merchandise has not been opened. If the merchandise is damaged, let us know as soon as possible. Where do we ship? TOP

15. Yes. All prices are in US dollars. Anything under 4 lbs will ship First Class International. Anything over 4 lbs will ship Priority International. Unfortnately, free shipping does not apply to international orders.

16. FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council. It is an organization which assesses those who manage the care of the forest. It has nothing to do with recycling. To my understanding it guarentee's that the wood is from a certified well managed forest. It is an eco-friendly alternative and the paper derived from the forest is easy to print with and brings a natural look and feel to your paper.
Soy Based Inks use vegetable oil instead of petroleum products. Printing leaves a high quality look and does not leave any color on your fingers. Using Soy based Inks makes it easier on the enviroment Are gift certifcates available? TOP
